Returns

Timeframe: 30-day return window from delivery date. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges aren't possible. Order cancellations accepted within 1 hour.

Condition Returns must be:

  • Unused and unaltered
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Not used in rituals or cleansing

Process Email info@lilys-alcove.com with:

  • Order number
  • Return reason I'll provide return shipping instructions. Note: Return shipping costs aren't covered.

Refunds

Inspection You'll receive email confirmation when I receive your return and after energy inspection is complete.

Processing Approved refunds process to original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds If refund hasn't arrived:

  1. Check bank account
  2. Contact card issuer
  3. Check with bank
  4. Contact info@lilys-alcove.com if still unresolved

Exchanges

Damaged or Misaligned Energy Exchanges offered for damaged crystals or significant energy misalignment. Email info@lilys-alcove.com for assistance.

Gifts Gift purchases shipped directly receive store credit upon return. Gift certificate issued after return received.
