1. How long will it take to receive my order? Each knife is carefully inspected and packed with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
2. Do you offer free shipping? Yes, I'm happy to offer free shipping on all orders. It's my way of thanking you for choosing John's Knives and supporting my brand.
3. Can I track my order? Absolutely! As soon as your knife is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your order's journey to your door.
4. What is your return policy? Your satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your knife within 30 days of receiving it. 5. Do you ship internationally? Yes, I do! I'm thrilled to offer free worldwide shipping.
6. How should I care for my knife? To keep your knife in its best condition:
- Cleaning: Always clean and dry your knife after each use. Never put it in the dishwasher.
- Storage: Store your knife in a dry place, preferably in its original sheath or box.
- Maintenance: Keep the blade sharp and clean. Consider periodic professional sharpening. If you have specific questions about maintaining your knife, feel free to send me a message.

8. What payment methods do you accept? I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. You can also pay securely using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
9. Can I cancel or change my order? If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible at support@johnsknives.com. If your knife has not yet been processed, I'll do my best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
